When the delivery driver returns with the proof of delivery documentation it is scanned and matched to the archived electronic copy. This provides an exception audit report for the administrative staff to identify which dockets have yet to be returned.

The returned dockets often initiate the issuance of the customer invoice for the delivery and associated billing requirements. This automation eliminates any delays in sending invoices to your customers meaning faster cash collections. Furthermore the invoices can be delivered digitally meaning no postage costs.

The dockets are stored in a web accessible archive meaning anyone with a secure username and password can log-on and retrieve them easily from anywhere in the world. Often our customers extend this functionality to their customers. User accounts can be created that limit the search capability to the company for which the user works for.
