
1. How do I book a consultant?
Please fill out the Service Request Form and we will contact you within 24 hours.
2. What do I get for my money?
We offer all types of services including upgrades, migration of your system to new hardware, training, integration services, and health checks to ensure that the system is working at optimal level.
3. Is this not included in my AMP?
The Annual Maintenance Program covers you for phone support and access to free upgrades during a current contract. If a technician is required to visit you onsite, then the cost of the service is not included as part of the AMP.
4. What is a health check?
Redmap technicians can visit your business to perform a health check on your systems and may upgrade your Redmap software. A health check includes:
Checks of Redmap search speed
Checks of hardware utilisation
Review of document folder structure
Checks of free disk space
Review of all errors for connector and event logs
Installation of any updated or new features to improve performance of Redmap products
5. How much will it cost?
We charge an hourly rate, with a minimum charge of 2 hours. Travel charges may apply. Please contact us for an obligation free quote.
6. What training services are available?
We offer a full list of training services which include:
- End user training
- Administration training
- Support training
- Partner training
- Review of all errors for connector and event logs
- Sales training
7. What are my options for integration with other applications?
There are several ways for Redmap to be integrated with other applications. Please refer to the Integration page for more detailed information.
8. Can I transfer my documents to Redmap from my current document management system?
We have converted existing systems over to Redmap in the past, however the possibility of conversion is dependant on your existing system. Typically, a consultant would need to visit your business to scope the project and devise a plan of action.
