How does the programme work?
Our client referral incentive plan is pretty straightforward: mention us to colleagues or associates, bring us new business* and when the client makes a purchase, you will get a referral fee depending on the total value of the software sold.
Referral Fees.
The referral fee is calculated at 10% of the total amount of the software sold, for example:
Total Software Sold (ex GST) Incentive Amount (ex GST)
$ 10,000 $1,000
$ 15,000 $1,500
$25,000 $2,500
The average software sales is currently around $15,000.
This referral fee can be;
- credited as a discount against future purchases ( including annual maintenance, Redmap services or software),
- passed through to the prospective client buy way of a discount or
- paid directly to you the referrer.
The referral fee is payable on the invoice value of Redmap software only. It is not payable on Redmap services, Annual Maintenance & Support or third party hardware/services.

Awarding of Incentives:
Referral fees are generally awarded within 30 days of final payment from the referred client.
There is no limit between the time of the referral and the time the contract is signed. If you make a referral that leads to a contract years later, the fee will still apply.
A referral fee may be split when multiple parties refer the potential new client
In the Event of a Dispute:
If there is any dispute over a fee, Redmap will be the sole arbiter, subject to the laws of the State of New South Wales
Effective Date :
This program has been in effect since May 1st 2009. Redmap reserves the right to amend or cancel the referral program at any time.
